1 Introduction & Acceptance

3.3 Account Verification

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, dl777 may initiate an account verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during this process.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for a dl777 account is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount may change from time to time, and the applicable limit is displayed on the platform.

Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a request is successfully processed, funds generally arrive in your mobile wallet within 1 (one) hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Liability

The user is responsible for any funds sent to an incorrect mobile number. It is the member's responsibility to enter transaction details accurately. dl777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dl777 offers new members a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. Wagering requirements must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read before accepting the offer.
• Bonus funds are not transferable to another account.
• If abuse of bonus terms or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• dl777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

dl777's VIP program has four tiers. Based on regular gaming activity, members can advance step by step to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are at dl777's discretion and may change without prior notice. VIP tiers are non-transferable, and all VIP benefits will be cancelled if an account is closed.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

dl777 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of cheating, fraud, or automated software (bots).
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or making threats toward other members.
• Attempting to hack or damage dl777's systems.

If any member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, dl777 reserves the right to immediately and permanently close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account through our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing the account.

12.2 At dl777's Discretion

dl777 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact our support team first. dl777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and as quickly as possible. If a dispute remains unresolved after contacting support, both parties will seek a mutually agreed resolution.

Any complaint relating to game outcomes or the random number generator (RNG) will be verified using the game provider's log records, and the result of that verification will be considered final.
